Our engagements typically take one of three forms:
- Light Touch diagnostics to help clients take stock and get traction with their existing project and program agendas;
- Joint taskforce initiatives in which Stenaco embeds professional consultants into the client environment to support delivery of project outcomes and capability uplift;
- Tunrkey initiatives where we take primary responsibility for working with the client and their teams to deliver project from concept- to go live.
